Responsibilities:

1. Determine the organizational structure of the project department, determine the responsibilities of construction personnel, and conduct regular assessment, evaluation, rewards and punishments;

2. Responsible for the implementation of the company's quality, environment, occupational health and safety policy and general objectives in the project;

3. Be responsible for the implementation of the whole process and overall management of the construction project, and organize the formulation of various management systems of the project department;

4. Strictly perform the contract signed with the construction unit and the project management objective responsibility letter signed with the company, and carry out Phased Objective Control to ensure the realization of project objectives;

5. Be responsible for the optimal allocation and dynamic management of production factors such as manpower, materials, mechanical equipment, capital, technology and information of construction projects;

6. Strengthen on-site safe and civilized construction, timely discover and properly handle emergencies;

7. Assist the company to complete the project inspection, appraisal and award application work;

8. Responsible for coordinating the internal and external matters of the project department, and responsible for the declaration and signing procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement national and industrial technical policies and superior technical management system, and be fully responsible for project technical work;

2. Organize construction technicians to study and implement various technical policies, technical operation procedures, specifications, standards and technical management systems;

3. Organize construction technicians to be familiar with process documents and construction drawings, and participate in construction investigation, drawing review and technical disclosure;

4. Be responsible for making construction scheme and preparing construction technology organization design;

5. Be responsible for arranging the engineering change design report, coordinating and solving or handling the change of site construction scheme;

6. Participate in various construction projects and coordination meetings organized by the construction unit, and prepare annual, quarterly and monthly construction progress plans;

7. Responsible for the collection, sorting and filing of project pricing and measurement data at all stages of the project;

8. Take charge of the preparation of the technical documents for the completion of the project, and participate in the acceptance of the project;

9. Responsible for the overall management of the project.
