Project Manager
Gender: Male
Age: 30-45 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or above / Intermediate engineer title / Holding relevant industry qualification certificates

Basic requirements for entry:
1. More than 5 years of relevant professional management experience;
2. Ability to independently organize and manage, capable of independently operating medium and large-scale underwater engineering projects;
3. Good communication skills and team spirit, quick thinking, strong language expression ability, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability.
Job responsibilities:
1. Determine the organizational structure of the project department, define the responsibilities of construction personnel, and conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and rewards and punishments;
2. Responsible for implementing the company's quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety policies and overall goals within this project;
3. Responsible for comprehensive management of the entire process of construction projects, organizing the formulation of various management systems for the project department;
4. Strictly fulfill the contracts signed with the construction unit and the project management responsibility letter signed with the company, and carry out phased goal control to ensure the achievement of project goals;
5. Responsible for the optimization and dynamic management of production factors such as human resources, materials, machinery and equipment, funds, technology, and information for construction projects;
6. Strengthen on-site safety and civilized construction, promptly identify and properly handle emergencies;
7. Assist the company in completing project inspections, appraisals, and award applications;
8. Responsible for coordinating and handling internal and external matters of the project department, and responsible for application and signing procedures.

Chief Engineer/Technical Director
Gender: Male
Age: 35-50
Education: Bachelor's degree or above / Senior Engineer title / Holding relevant industry qualification certificates

Basic Requirements for Entry:
1. Over 8 years of relevant professional management experience;
2. Independently hosted large comprehensive diving projects;
3. Calm, capable, and strong interpersonal skills, with a decisive and rigorous work style.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement national and industry-related technical policies and higher-level technical management systems, fully responsible for project technical work;
2. Organize construction technical personnel to study and implement various technical policies, technical operating procedures, norms, standards, and technical management systems;
3. Organize construction technical personnel to familiarize themselves with process documents and construction drawings, participate in construction surveys, drawing reviews, and technical disclosures;
4. Responsible for formulating construction plans and preparing construction process organization designs;
5. Responsible for organizing project change design reports, coordinating solutions or handling changes in on-site construction plans;
6. Participate in various construction project coordination meetings organized by the construction unit, prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly construction progress plans;
7. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving engineering valuation and measurement data at each stage of the project;
8. Responsible for hosting the preparation of completion technical document materials and participating in completion acceptance;
9. Responsible for the overall management of engineering projects.
